This is a test post that our technology director, Gary Donahue asked us to do. We are excited about the teacher blog as it will greatly increase communication among our stakeholders. Teaching can be an isolating profession and with this blog, we can see what the other teachers are doing and this will assist with common planning of lessons. Parents can see what their child is learning and teachers can announce new student postings to their blogs or the classroom web pages. Students also love to see their work posted to the world. This is a historic day, the first Teacher Blog in the history of Escuela Anaco. Above is a photo of the first day of school. Year number 51 is looking bright for the Guacamayas.
