Teachers: All students grades 4-12 have created their own blog. All blogs can be easily accessed on our web page under "Blogs & News". I will be using the blogs for a variety of projects this year as video, audio, photos, and of course text can be added to them. Feel free to integrate the blogs into your lessons in any way you would like. I have some exciting projects we can collaborate on that utilize the blogs such as 'literature circles' and 'reciprocal teaching' that fit across all grade levels and subject areas. Let me know if you want to jump right in.
Parents: As you might have read above all students grades 4-12 have created their own blogs this year. If you are reading this now you won't have much trouble locating them as they are the next link down. Please check in on the blogs frequently, and you can leave your comments as well. Students have been instructed on proper etiquette, as they say 'it takes a village to raise a child' so please help us monitor the blogs by reporting any objectionable posts to me.
